Plain terms for a private, made-to-order request — what happens, when you pay, and what is still to be published.

What this is

This is a private, invitation-only allocation of GOTI pieces, operated by INN7 Fashion. GOTI jewellery is handmade in Italy — predominantly oxidised sterling silver 925, with some pieces in gold-plated silver or carrying leather or stone elements. Every piece is made to order, especially for the client who requests it.

How it works

  1. 01Request a piece — no payment is taken, no card details are collected on this site.
  2. 02INN7 confirms availability with GOTI.
  3. 03After explicit approval, you pay the first 50% via a secure Shopify checkout invoice from INN7, sent by email or WhatsApp.
  4. 04Your piece is made in Italy — approximately three months; an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
  5. 05The remaining 50% is paid when your piece is ready to ship.

Payment

Prices are stated in EUR. The private preorder price is 15% below the retail price.

The deposit and the balance are each 50% of the private preorder price. The deposit is paid after your request is explicitly approved; the balance is paid when your piece is ready to ship.

Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout — the invoice is sent to you by INN7, by email or WhatsApp. INN7 never collects card details on this site.

Production & timing

After the deposit is received, your piece is made in Italy — approximately three months. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Made-to-order production times can vary. Plainly: a piece made especially for you can take longer than the estimate.
